Rei means Universal and Ki is Life Force Energy.

So REIKI = Universal Life Force Energy

It works with the energy fields around the body and involves the transfer of universal energy from the practitioner to the client.

My personal approach blends traditional Usui Reiki with modern healing knowledge based on Chakra system.
